I made this cake for my granddaughter’s Minnie themed 2nd birthday party. Bottom tier 10" French vanilla with Peggy Does Cake’s crusting buttercream recipe for the filling (yummy). Top tier 8" chocolate with buttercream filling. Minnie’s head made with Rice Krispies treats and the Wilton Ball Pan. Thank you Lesley (Royal Bakery) for the wonderful tutorial on making a bow, and ruffled petticoat.
