Here’s a little 6" cake I made my mom for Mothers Day. WASC, dark chocolate ganache dam, a luscious Swiss meringue butter cream filling and icing, dark chocolate ganache drizzle, topped with chocolate covered strawberries. This was a cake we ate at our house after dinner, so I tossed it together quickly – and never even bothered with a bottom border. (That’s why the drizzle is such a total mess.) Man, was this cake GOOD!
