White Chocolate & Roses

The cake to go with the rose for my mammy’s birthday! White chocolate mud cake filled with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream. Decorated with a coat of whipped white (and pink!) chocolate ganache and a wafer paper rose. Yum!
