Thanks to Loren Ebert (The Baking Sheet) for the inspiration for this cake and for her advice. She said it wasn’t her original, so if you recognize this cake, I’ll be happy to give you credit! Wonder mould used for the body and the head is RKT covered in modeling chocolate. The tail feathers are fondant/tylose and the neck and wing feathers are using a leaf cutter/veiner. The fall leaves are marbled fondant brushed with gold lustre.
