Bill Brown of William Dean Chocolates, put on a wonderful culinary event & fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and his two nieces. In his nieces honor, I sculpted a beautiful little girl whose dress has ‘65 roses’. Signifying when young children can’t pronounce cystic fibrosis, they instead say ‘65 roses’. Now that’s what chocolate sculpting is all about! Thank you Davis Chocolate for providing the incredible chocolate.
