Here’s my entry for Cake International, London, over the weekend, which was awarded bronze.
There is gold piping on the mint green cake.
The flowers consist of blue poppies, yellow roses, yellow and blue freesias, mimosa berries and rose leaves.
On the top tier, I have a floral tiara at the front representing what the bride would wear, and a buttonhole corsage representing what the groom would wear.
