Say it with flowers – Mother’s Day cake. The vase was made with two 4 inch round cakes: the bottom 4 inches was chocolate cake and the top 4 inches was almond cake, all filled and covered with cherry buttercream. The vase was then filled with handmade sugar roses, calla lilies and foliage. This was my first attempt at wired flowers and foliage. Possibly a few more flowers needed, but happy with this first attempt. Thank you for looking.
