Blush & Ruffles Cake

I made this cake as a display for a small bridal show I was invited to attend. It took me a while to come around to the whole “ruffle” cake trend, but I’m really happy with how this cake cake out! The ruffles were a gumpaste/fondant mix, the broach is gumpaste made with a custom silicone mold I made.
