Leprechaun Cake

St. Patty’s Day theme Birthday Cake. The Leprechaun sat about a foot tall and the pile of gold was a three layer cake that was carved down a little to resemble a spread out pile. All decorations were fondant and gum paste with exception to the gold in his hat and hands – Those were little yellow candy melts!
