97 posts in 497 days Location: London, UK Hi, I'm Jacquie, The Sugarpaste Fairy! I'm a mum of 4 and in what little spare time I have I love to make cakes. I have always loved art and crafty things and I used to be a primary school teacher. I have never taken a class in cake decorating but I enjoy trying out new techniques and trying to create cakes that look unique and realistic. When I'm not taking up all the counter space in the kitchen (much to my husband's dismay - he loves to cook!) I'm researching what cake I'm doing next and/or admiring the work of other cakers here and on facebook. I just checked out all of your beautiful cakes, and they are all so unique and AMAZING! You said your were self taught, have you been doing this long? You are truly a great artist!!!
