A three tier lemon sponge cake for a 1920’s themed wedding. I can’t take credit for the basic design as this was provided by the bride and we don’t know where it came from! I did tweak it a bit to make it more my own. The flower, feathers and decoration on the middle and top tiers was done with rice paper. First time using rice/wafer paper but I think I like it!
