Hello!!! My name is Raquel García, I am 39 years old and I live in Catalonia (SPAIN). I share this beautiful profession with a reduced job that has nothing to do with this sweet world, but that allows me to carry out both. Completely self-taught, my learning has been a basis of testing and experimenting with materials and repeating the piece a thousand times until reaching the marked goal. I am a lover of modeling and plastic chocolate. I started with creative pastry four years ago making cakes for friends and family. However, this year has been when I have participated in different collaborations and I have been able to do what I really like. For two consequitive years, I have been part in the category of modeling at the pastry fair "Bcn @ cake" 2015 and 2016 obtaining both silver medals. I have participated, as a guest, in a virtual way at the Nigerian fair "The Lekki Cake" 2017 and 2018. I hope to continue learning from the mistakes and be able to share with each of you each new experiences.
