Well... I'm a male qualified pastrycook/baker, turned commercial cake decorator and decorating teacher also Wilton certified method teacher. I own a fully equipped bakery where we hold classes and have guest teachers..I have been decorating now full time for 25 years.I also have create-a-cake supplies and Cakers wharehouse which are cake decorating supply stores in wollongong and Albion Park Rail NSW Australia.
