Hi Everyone, my name is Tracy. Besides traveling, baking was a passion of mine while working as a Dental Hygienist in Switzerland. That passion brought me back to pastry school in my home town Bend Oregon, where I now live again and have the opportunity to make desserts that bring smiles to others.
