I'm a 30 year old, mother of one, crazy woman who believes everything on the cake must be edible! No Styrofoam, no dummies, everything should be downright delicious and look aaaaamazing. I'm constantly wondering how to do things which seem improbable and have learnt that all it really takes is a whole lot of common sense to make things happen. Where I live, there's limited access to cake decorating supplies and the ones that are available are really pricey. So no wonderful isomalt decorations, no sugar lace, no edible paper readily available sigh...but I'll do my best to try and find substitutes and make things that make me happy! I owe everything to my wonderful teachers: the gazillion free youtube videos; online tutorials; and angels who reply to my queries!!!
