I am an amateur cake decorator, however, I enjoy this beautiful art and just enjoy the experience others so kindly share. I am retired and have been decorating cakes a few years before. I took Wilton's classes and was fortunate to have met a very nice instructor who was willing to teach more than she was expected to. But, most of my learning have been from other decorators.
