I started making cakes for my children because I could never find a cake for whatever party theme they wanted. People started to ask me to make cakes for them so I thought well ok. I love making cakes and hope that I get better with each cake. Although I will say covering a cake in fondant has become my nemeses. One day I'll conquer it.
