Hi,Lucy, where do you live? Some states have passed a Cottage Food law, which allows bakers to work out of their homes without the need for a license. There are some restrictions, but if you live in one of these states you would be able to deliver your smash cakes to the photographer without fear of being fined, at least that’s the way it is in Florida.
