Boy, that is a tall order! You can certainly make is edible, but I’m not so sure about making it solely from cake. It would have to be a BIG cake for there to be any servings at all. I would try to talk the client into having an edible sword on a cake “tabletop” maybe with some gold coins, or whatever happens to go along with said sword. Best of luck though, maybe someone else will stop by with a better option!
