If you are in N. Ireland on the 5th of May there is a bread festival in Castle ward Near Downpatrick.
I have been on previous years and it is always a fabulous day out in a beautiful setting at the National Trust Park where there are all kinds of baking demonstrations as well as celebrity chef’s etc.
