Hello there. When you say ‘last minute’ what do you mean? A few weeks or days? I have used this Mary Berry Recipe for years. I usually make it 6 months prior to using it but on one occasion I had to make a last-minute one 5 weeks before the party and they raved about it. It cuts better after it has been kept a few months but it is still delicious when it is fairly new. Hope this link works.
