HI Amber, This will depend entirely on your quality of ingredients and the customer base that you would like to attract. I personally bake from scratch with free Range eggs, couverture choc and the Highest quality ingredients I can get my hands on. But this is just me.. Every Cakie will use different ingredients and different methods for their business. You just need to work out your target market first then decide how you would like to grow your business.. I only use the best ingredients but I also charge for the best ingredients .. everyone will be different and have different opinions, you need to work out what works best for you. :-)
