Hi Laura, as a lacto vegetarian I got many recipes. The only thing I still need to find out is how to make eggless Royal Icing, for decorations, such as stringwork and flowers. There is als one thing you should consider, if you want to bake for a hindu vegetarian, some strict hindu wants ‘clean’ material (pans etc), like kosher for jewish people.
