Laura the only difference I make with my Gluten free recipes is to use the Dove Flour , it’s beautiful, I have a separate oven, tins and store cupboard to avoid cross contamination.The dairy free I use a Dairy free Pure Soya (like margarine) it’s great makes the cake very light. Regalice have now confirmed no gluten present and vegan friendly for their icings. I’m struggling to make a nice filling though, the soya margarine and icing sugar is blah! but I’m working on it, will keep you posted as I too find the change in diet for many people a choice rather than a necessity. xx
