Sooooo sorry for the late reply Prima Cakes Plus…thank you so much for your response, yes I definitely thinks this works better for me too. Mind you I;ve just found out that the cake to feed 60 – 70 people is dessert sizes (not coffee as originally thought)….what way would you go for this?? This is one thing that there seems to be so many variables on..yes of course everyone is going to cut a cake slightly differently..but there is a very diverse range of “Cake Serving Sizes” charts around its quite confusing…I guess you have to choose what you think is the best & stick with it!
