Level intermediate I suppose :) medium fondant. Must have tools, metal ball ones from Martha Stewart and xacto knife. Classes I have taken because interested was animal figures (monkey) etc. Classes that interest me now is figure sculpting. I would recommend class on children’s cake as that is where most people start (wanting to make their children’s cake) :)
