What is your level of experience? Intermediate (I hope). First learnt in1980… but am now outdated in techniques!
What is your preferred art and medium? flowers/gum paste
What is your “must have” sugar art tool and/or supply item?? Good quality, metal balling tools
What classes would interest you? realistly priced… I have no idea what these type of classes are worth, but was shocked around christmas time, to find a local supplier trying to run classes for decorating what I considered a “not too difficult christmas cake” at a cost of $170 au. I am prepared to pay for the knowlege and expertise that others are marketing…. they deserve compensation for their effort… but I like value for money
