re: Which fondant to use?

I use Satin Ice I cover roughly 12-18 cakes a week and it works the best. Do not roll too thin, don’t let it dry out. I don’t use cornstarch or powdered sugar I use a silicone pastry mat and crisco. I do have the mat system, but honestly I don’t like it.
