re: Start large or small?

My first cake was a Wedding Cake, made for a colleague on a budget who was grateful for me not charging lots. Which meant she was also expecting less than if she was going to a seasoned professional. Having said that, I got through it, people were still impressed and it gave me the confidence to keep going. Looking back there are lots of things I would have done different, and I’ve improved so much since then. But thanks to her I’ve not looked back.
