re: What type of Fondant do you use?

Hi S, I’m based in the UK so I use Renshaw’s Regalice. I’m not sure if it’s available in the US. But I recommend it if it is, and also M&B Sugar Paste, a London brand, tastes great too. Karen Davies (of the mold fame) launched here own range of fondant about 2 years ago and that’s another I’d recommend.
