In tutta sincerità vi dico che sono una cakedesigner autodidatta, non ho mai fatto corsi ma soprattutto sono una mamma di una bimba disabile grave, che mi impegna 25 ore al giorno e riesco a fare torte di fondant con tanti tanti sacrifici. Ma il cake design è la mia passione e “devo” trovare il tempo ed il modo per coltivarla. Quando creo torte non lo faccio per business, voglio esprimere qualcosa, cerco di dargli personalità ed è per questo che poi ci sto malissimo quando vedo copie… ma forse sono io che gli do troppa importanza perchè per me una torta decorata rappresenta molto più di una semplice torta decorata… grazie mille! In all honesty I tell you that I am a self-taught cakedesigner, I never did courses but above all I am a mother of a serious disabled child, who commits me 25 hours a day and I can make fondant cakes with many many sacrifices. But cake design is my passion and “I must” find the time and the way to grow it. When I create cakes I do not do it for business, I want to express something, I try to give personality and that’s why I’m so bad when I see copies … but maybe I give it too much importance because for me a decorated cake is much more of a simple cake decorated … thank you very much!
