re: What type of Fondant do you use?

I’m a HUGE Pettinice fan! it’s my go to fondant – I actually enjoy the softness, in saying that right now it’s winter in NZ, I’ve covered 4 cakes today and the fondant is a lot firmer so took more kneading than normal. So I guess it also depends on what your climate is like? No fondant is fun when it’s humid. In summer I still get Amazing results with Pettinice even with it being softer – I use cornflour to roll out on so maybe that helps? My favourite thing about Pettinice is that it is so easy to achieve sharp edges and to smooth out imperfections!
