re: What type of Fondant do you use?

Carma Massa Ticino first. Best stuff I’ve ever used. No creases, wrinkles, nada. Smooths out so nicely.
Second, Fat Daddio’s, it’s easier to get and not as pricey. I have the least air bubbles went rolling out and it rolls nice and smooth.
Third, FondX. I love the amount of colors they have pre made. I think the other two taste better though.
I don’t like Satin Ice at all, Choco-Pan is too temperamental and Wilton is awful. I’ll use it for covering boards and such since it’s pretty cheap.
I don’t have time to make fondant and I’ve never been happy with marshmallow fondant.
