re: What type of Fondant do you use?

I’m a Satin Ice girl. I’ve never had it dry like you are saying. It covers cake really well. I never get stretching or ripping with it. I find it is very co-operative when kneaded really well before using to cover cake. I also roll it onto a mat so I don’t use corn starch or anything when rolling it out to cover a cake.
