Hi, I agree with you both. I have a feeling the servers had something to do with it… she said they only had 20 minutes to serve the cake at the end of the event – perhaps they rushed it and mangled the pieces… I sent the bride a video of the duplicate cake showing how easy it was to cut through the same fondant she claimed had been rock hard on her cake. I also refunded her money and to date, she hasn’t even acknowledge either one. Oh, well!!!
