re: Fondant Disaster

Hi, June, just letting you know that after duplicating the cake, the fondant was perfect – nothing wrong with it. So, I don’t know what happened to my customer’s cake, but it surely wasn’t the fondant and I know it wasn’t the cake because I used the unused leftover cake to duplicate the second one.

I told the supplier to please take back the credit he had issued because his product was just fine… he graciously declined and told me he would leave it on my account to use as I saw fit. Now that’s what I call customer service – in case you are wondering, I purchased the fondant from Global Sugar Art – they are a top notch cake supplier.
