re: which oven is best?

Hi! I replaced my New World double oven gas 7 hob cooker last winter… spent months researching as I was scared to spend that much dosh on something which didn’t ‘bake the goods’ so to speak. Bought a Smeg. Cost me a grand but haven’t regretted a penny of it. It’s a dual fuel (gas hob, electric fan oven) and whichever model you look at- I can assure you they cook to perfection, clean easily and look so sweet!!! All you need to go with them is a little talent and you’re away! That’s MY recommendation from a qualified and professional chef of 40 yrs experience, but I suggest you ask around. If you have more cash to splash, I reckon a Britannia might be worth looking at…
