It is a stiffer paste than others, but I really don’t think any fondant sets so rock hard in such a short space of time. I read your other post about giving her a full refund, you’re mad! There was nothing wrong with the cake itself, just her preference of hard/soft fondant.
Have you tried leaving some out for a while and see if it sets as rock as she says it has?
