Well, like I said, could have been a bad batch. Sure the ingredients are there, but were some omitted, too much of one added??? If the ingredients were off, especially the softening agent, glucose, glycerin, would make a huge difference. Like missing baking powder in your cake…no lift. That’s why I would contact Carma Massa Ticino directly. An FYI. Who knows, they may send you a coupon for a tub. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
