I agree with Sandra in that we better approach it with “having fun” in mind! Lori ain’t no master! :) We are all on a learning curve and I always like to think that so I am on same boat :) Competitions are very different from just designing and making cakes as first you have to comply to a criteria and then be lucky enough for the judges to like/understand what you did as there is no verbal explanation of your work.
