While I’ve never competed in a cake competition, in the past I was a major competitor in the rose world on a national level. The main thing I’ve learned is to do it for fun, the learning and meeting lovely friends who share a common passion. After all, it matters not a wit whether you win or lose, although it is fun to win. Relax, enjoy, learn, be amazed and make friends. The awards will come in their time.
