The reason for going public was for to prevent this from happening to somebody else , this has happened to other people as well.
If Laura had called me back whilst I was stood outside her shop or replied to my husband’s calls on the day to sort it out. This post would not have happened
I have tried to call Laura numerously with no response and have still not spoken to Laura which is frustrating
If I could have dealt with this privately I would have done, but I live in Cornwall and Laura was not forthcoming ,
I did not go public to spoil Laura’s name only to make people aware of what happened
Laura is now emailing me so that we can settle the matter
Going public is distasteful but
