Kerry Vincent is very active on the OSSAS Facebook page, and replies to almost everyone’s comments/questions. That might be a good place to get some clarification about the rules. I chose a dress from 2011 Fashion Week, so I hope it’s not limited to just 2015 Fashion Week! Now I’m wondering… hmm
