I'm a part-time/hobbyist baker & decorator, and full-time online English teacher & mom to 3 very active boys, ages 9, 6, and 2. I love to make cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for birthdays, and I've done several family wedding cakes, along with some occasional paying customers' orders. I work out of my home, and don't have a huge amount of space, but I make it work. This October, I will be entering the OSSAS Grand National Wedding Cake Competition for the first time. Woohoo!
