Thank you Bracken that is brilliant! I’m sure it will help lots. Roo’s little cake parlour thank you too, it is a huge responsibility definitely. I guess I have to start somewhere, I have made one tier cake before for my dad’s birthday. Fortunately my niece knows I’ve never done a wedding cake before (she made her first one for her friend a year ago) but I don’t want to let her down.
