Thanks everyone, I think I definitely must be overbaking it. I did try leaving my last batch out for a while, but went the other way and was very flimsy! I am going to try out all the different suggestions and see if I can crack the pesky stuff. I am using some of the more detailed, delicate moulds and maybe will have better results trying out one of the more substantial ones first.
I really do appreciate the time you have taken to help me out, lots to work on here.
