This happened to me when I overbaked it. Let it sit outside for half a day or so and it regains it’s malleability from the humidity in the air… Or you could steam it lightly! If you’re using the metallic premixes I do find them a bit more fragile, but a second coat of the white is supposed to help x let me know if you need any more help xx
