Thanks guys for the replies x inside the cake is just buttercream butter and icing sugar with a bit of skimmed milk which I what I use under all my cakes then add sugar paste x so if I covered the cake with buttercream the night before it will be fine for the Saturday I guess it’s like a big giant cupcake or cupcake and they last x thanks again Helen x
