Like Julez I only bake for friends and family and do not have a commercial mixer. I however have 2 kitchen aid mixers. One I have had for close to 15 years and one for about 5 years. I have the 4quart and 6quart. The only reason I have 2 is I found the 4quart was too small at Xmas time to make all my gingerbread cookie dough and I could not see throwing away a perfectly good mixer. 😃
