Thank you guys! If you take a closer look, actually it’s not that different. I use the same methodology and organization for both careers. To do a cake, you need to to do a lot of research and run some tests until you can do an actual cake. And the contamination paranoia, typical of microbiologists, can do no harm in a kitchen environment! :)
